Career Beginnings

Despite starting from very humble family roots, today I help contribute to build multi-million dollar businesses. Prioritizing both personal and professional growth has made my career journey profoundly abundant and fulfilling.

Service Journey

My two-year voluntary mission in Rio de Janeiro was the highlight of my single adult life. I learned more in that time than in the previous two decades of my life - plus I learned to read, write and speak in Portuguese.

Sales Journey

I started in door-to-door potato sales and then ended in security sales. I've spent over a decade selling a range of products and services. This journey taught me grit, work ethic, and how to overcome regardless of the situation.

Educational Journey

Due to family financial challenges, I worked ALL through highschool and college.

I cultivated a passion for learning at a very young age. I explored trade school initially, I eventually earned a degree in Accounting and Business from Utah Valley University (UVU).

Remarkably, we graduated from college debt-free, even with three children during that entire escapade.

Entrepreneurship Journey

My entrepreneurship journey started in sales, and led to co-founding Cove, a DIY e-commerce security company.

In less than four years, we grew Cove to nearly $2 million a month in revenue, with over 60 employees and contractors across multiple states and counties, and a valuation exceeding $100 million.

At Cove, I discovered my passion for people, processes, and scaling operations.
